Annie Ingram:

Annie has been training for 20 years, and has worked as a freelance training consultant since April 2000, as well as now working with training4performance as an Associate. Specialising in behavioural and skills-based training in a wide range of industry sectors, she is justifiably proud of such diverse projects as the roll-out of a Call Centre induction programme for a major B2B online retailer, involvement in a change management programme to support the merger between two of the world’s biggest IT companies, the launch of a competency framework for a leading oil & petrochemical company and the creation of a Train the Trainer programme for a retail distribution organisation.

 

Annie’s particular strengths are in delivering, managing and supporting change in organisations, helping individuals and teams to be at their most efficient and effective.

 

Prior to 2000 Annie had a highly successful first career in the Retail industry with roles in HR, training and management, culminating in a senior training management role with Next Retail. She is IPD qualified, a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner and a qualified Image Coach. Annie’s experience includes Competency Frameworks, Development Assessment Centres, Induction Programmes and Recruitment Assessment Centres.
