Simon Houghton FCIM FInstSMM:
Simon has been involved in training and development since March 1997 and is a Partner
in training4performance. He has been a member of the Training Faculty at the Chartered
Institute of Marketing since 1998, where amongst other roles he is the lead Course
Director for Key Account Management and delivers professional qualifications up to

Immediately prior to 1997 Simon held the position of Sales & Marketing Director for Amtech Europe Ltd based in Cambridge. He has 32 years experience in sales, marketing & management in the Electronic Security Systems and Business Training industries. Simon is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management.
He was a guest Home Office lecturer at the Crime Prevention College in Yorkshire for over 6 years. Simon has lectured, trained and spoken in the past at Southampton & Loughborough Universities, the Bradford University School of Management, the Garda Síochána Training College in the Republic of Ireland and numerous seminars & conferences.
